3D Drum Circle is a new 6 week drumming experience coming to London for 2018!

After my sold out 3D DRUM CIRCLE course in January 2018 I am delighted to be presenting the second instalment in London this summer!

The roots of drumming are truly ancient and together during the 3D Drum Circle we will journey through the three dimensions of drumming using the mind, body and spirit. We will explore a variety of rhythms from around the world, meet cool people, laugh, meditate, de-stress in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Be part of creating an incredible shared experience for yourself and those around you.

Drumming is a way to feel connected to others without speaking or acting and solely through the non-verbal pulsating rhythms created in the circle. You don't need to be an extrovert, you don't need to be musical and you certainly don't need to have played an instrument before!

There is a wealth of scientific evidence that shows drumming to be really good for you. To find out more about the health benefits of drumming check out an article I wrote for NetDoctor HERE on the topic!

"It was fun and relaxed and no one had any need to be nervous as it was very inclusive and you weren't put on the spot"

"Ruairi really pushed us which is a great skill for a teacher to encourage their students to reach higher than they could have imagined but without pressure. Great job!"

"Excellent – achieved what the title and the course indicated and more and of course was fun!"

"Excellent session – extremely well led by Ruairi, great people skills."

"I learned a lot, really enjoyed it. It was my first experience of drumming and I want to do more."
