After two incredible Accelerator programmes in 2025 — Summer and Autumn — I’m so excited to officially bring the Bodhrán Accelerator back for Summer 2026.
Last year’s groups were genuinely such a joy. Over the course of eight weeks, players from all over the world came together to develop their rhythm, confidence, musicality, and connection to the instrument. It was amazing to watch people at all stages of their journey make real progress, support one another, and rediscover motivation and momentum in their playing.
The feedback was fantastic, and many participants described the Accelerator as the thing that finally helped everything “click.”
Whether you’re picking up the bodhrán for the very first time or already have some rhythms under your belt, this programme is here to give you structure, motivation, and a clear path forward.
It’s not about perfection—it’s about showing up, having fun, and making genuine progress in good company.

All workshops take place on ZOOM, Sundays at 5:00pm (Irish Time🇮🇪) 6:00pm (CEST🇪🇺) 12:00pm (EDT🇺🇸) 9:00am (PDT🇺🇸)
All workshops are recorded and can be accessed anytime during the course. Each workshop will run for 45 minutes.
